It was your Mother I met through TWA | Chicago. I started January 1956 in reservations but transferred to the CTO at Wabash & Monroe St. We worked together there until I transferred to O'Hare Field. We have kept in touch all these year. I love it!
Sometimes after work a small group would go to the Italian Village restaurant, downstairs to La Cantina (incidentently I was just there May 9th - more memories) and we would stand around the piano singing the Broadway tunes...there was Betty Foley, Bill Barcus, Pat and her room (B/4 Dad) Dee Keller and Sylvia.
I believe it was 1979 Oct/Nov., my Mother and I were in Canada for an OES (Order of the Eastern Star) meeting and we stayed with "you all" in Mississauga.
Your Mom & Dee came out to Northwest side to my parents home for a week at one time.
Those were the Good 'ol Days that we all remember, no way is it similar anymore.
Thanks so much for including me in the surprise - wish I could be there and I will toast them from here.
Enjoy a Beautiful, Fantastic Day.
Love to All,
Phyllis
